Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Willmar, MN on a PRN schedule. You will work with a therapist-led team to implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and help patients progress with home exercise programs.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in OTA, current Minnesota COTA license with NBCOT certification, and prior COTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in OTA program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
