Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling at Samaritan Bethany Home on Eighth in Rochester, MN.

You will administer individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs, and collaborate with the supervising OT to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
