Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing team in Le Sueur, MN on a PRN schedule. You will work under the supervision of an OT, implementing individualized treatment plans and supporting patient progress.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program, a current state COTA license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
