Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Cura of Sandstone in Sandstone, MN. The role involves supporting an Occupational Therapist by implementing treatment plans and educating patients on home exercises.

Requires an OTA degree, an active COTA license, and NBCOT certification with a preference for 1 year of experience. This PRN, on-site position offers flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• Current, unencumbered State COTA License required; NBCOT Certification preferred/required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
