Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our clinical teams in Graham, NC. This PRN daytime role offers flexibility to accommodate patient care schedules and growth within a national footprint.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs. Valid NC COTA license and NBCOT certification are required, with 1 year of prior experience preferred.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Mansioni

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
