Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime work at Odd Fellow Home in Green Bay, WI. You will collaborate with the supervising OT to implement treatment plans and engage patients with adaptive equipment training.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree, an active COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with about 1 year of prior experience preferred. This role supports flexible scheduling and ongoing patient care continuity.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
