Job summary

Continuum-Therapy-Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our PRN team in Millersburg, OH. You will implement treatment plans under supervision and document patient progress while educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in OTA, an active COTA license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of COTA experience is preferred. This is a daytime PRN role with 401K match available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
