Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime coverage in Streetsboro, OH. You will join a leadership team of therapists who value consistent, high-quality care delivered on your terms and schedule.

This role offers flexibility to pick shifts while maintaining the same clinical standards and voice as our full-time team, with opportunities to contribute to patient outcomes and ongoing education for clients.

Competenze

• Associate degree required.
• Current COTA license and NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.

Mansioni

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
