Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for its Cura of Melrose facility in Melrose, MN. This PRN position supports a therapist-led approach to care, focusing on patient progress and education under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Required are an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification. Experience of 1 year is preferred to contribute to individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
