Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime coverage at Heritage Hall Dillwyn, Dillwyn, VA. The role emphasizes collaboration with our therapy team to maintain high-quality patient care and flexible scheduling that fits your life.

Ideal candidates hold a COTA license (NBCOT is required) and have 1 year of experience, with a focus on implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in OTA required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
