Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Elkhart, TX. This PRN position provides OT support under supervision, with opportunities to educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, a current TX COTA license with NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications
