Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients restore independence under the direction of the Director of Rehab.

As a graduate of an accredited OTA program with NBCOT certification (and licensure eligibility where required), you will contribute to patient-centered care across diverse settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
Deliver therapy treatments to help patients regain independence.
Collaborate with the care team and refer patients as needed.
Ensure patient-centered care with compassionate service across settings.
Work in an in-facility environment under the Director of Rehab.
