Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence.

You must be a graduate of an accredited OTA program, hold NBCOT certification, and be licensed or eligible for licensure. We offer mentorship, continuing education, visa sponsorship, relocation support, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Help patients regain independence and improve function.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care.
