Job summary

Powerback is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain independence, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff.

The role requires an OTA program graduate with NBCOT certification and licensure eligibility in Washington. This full-time position offers growth within a patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients by implementing OT programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patient independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to support recovery.
