Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function in facility settings. You will implement OTA programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver compassionate therapy to individuals across rehab teams.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with the Director of Rehab, and growth through mentorship, CEUs, and opportunities for professional development with a supportive national organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well and restore function.
• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to address patient needs and support overall recovery.
