Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in New Hampshire is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapies to help patients regain independence.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with clinicians, adapt plans to each patient, and support growth through our mentorship and CEU programs. We value patient-centered care, teamwork, and a compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with rehab team to restore, reinforce and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
