Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Nashua, NH is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Powerback Rehabilitation in a facility setting. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy to residents across skilled nursing and rehab services.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will help patients regain independence and participate in therapy activities. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Initial NBCOT certification.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities as prescribed.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals.
• Address whole-patient needs and promote independence.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within the facility.

Education
