Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain function in an in-facility setting. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to restore independence.

You will be treated as a healer and teammate, focusing on whole-patient care, collaboration with peers, and referrals when needed to ensure optimal outcomes for each patient.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Help patients get well as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Address the whole patient and see them as an individual.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to others to ensure patient needs are met.

Education
