Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license is a must.
• Current knowledge of occupational therapy treatment practices required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer therapy treatments to relieve pain and restore function.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services as per physician orders.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and document appropriately.

Skills

Active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-term Care Experience

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
