Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-house rehab team. You will provide person-centered care to help residents achieve independence and improve their quality of life under supervision of an OT.

The ideal candidate holds an active Texas OT license and a COTA credential, with SNF or long-term care experience preferred and familiarity with Net Health EDS. We offer competitive compensation, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license and COTA credential required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of Net Health Electronic Documentation System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer OT treatments to residents to relieve pain and improve function.
• Provide services under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Respond to service requests and relay information to the OT.
• Deliver treatments per the care plan and document thoroughly.
• Support patients, families, and caregivers and monitor progress.
• Attend required team meetings and communicate changes to the plan.
