Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders.

• Administer procedures per rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, modalities).
• Counsel patients, families, and other providers regarding physical disorders.
• Prepare discharge summaries ensuring regulatory compliance.
