Job summary

West Bend Health and Rehabilitation in West Bend, IA is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. As part of our skilled therapy staff, you will provide rehabilitative services under Occupational Therapist supervision, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and the use of assistive devices.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited OTA program and hold an active state license/registration where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active state license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under OTA supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the supervising OTA.
• Report treatment outcomes to the supervising OTA.
