Hillcrest Health Care Center in Hawarden, IA is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant to join its in-house rehab program. You will provide rehabilitative services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, and assistive devices while ensuring quality patient care.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited OTA program and active state licensure where required.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.

Aufgaben

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising OT to adjust treatments as required.
• Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
