Trilogy Home Healthcare is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide PRN home health services in Indian River County, FL. You will work under Occupational Therapists to help patients regain mobility and independence per physician orders and personalized care plans.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the clinical team, patient education on balance and fall prevention, and ensuring safe home mobility. A Florida license and valid driver details are required.

Formación

• Active Florida COTA license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (AOTA-approved).
• Valid Florida driver's license, vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• 1+ years of OT experience; home health experience preferred.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
• Active COTA license in Florida
