Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Indian River County, FL seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN/per diem position. Deliver personalized home health care per physician orders, collaborate with the Clinical Services Team, and help patients regain mobility and independence after illness or surgery.

You’ll educate families on balance and safe walking, assess home environments, and ensure compassionate, high-quality care aligned with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved).
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Valid Florida driver license, insurance, and clean MVR.
• 1+ years of OT experience; Home Health preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care per physicians orders and care plans.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Clinical Services Team.
