Qualifications

• Education: OTA degree from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0–1 years.
• Licenses and Certifications: Must have OTA licensure/certification; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans created by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises and ADL training.
• Document patients’ responses and progress; report to supervising OT.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support OTs by observing and contributing additional insights.
• Other duties as assigned.
