Join Team Trilogy at Synchrony in Indiana. The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) supports therapists with therapeutic interventions, ADL training, and patient education in an interdisciplinary setting. A valid OTA license is required and CPR is preferred. Experience is 0–1 years.

Qualifications

• Must hold current OTA licensure or certification.
• CPR certification current; preferred
• 0–1 years of experience in OT/OTA setting
• Education from an accredited OTA program is required

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by occupational therapists.
• Help patients with exercises and ADL training to improve independence.
• Observe and document patient responses and progress for supervising OT.
• Provide education to patients and families on home exercises and techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support OTs in evaluating patient needs and documenting observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned
