Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support our Sunrise, FL facilities. The role focuses on implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist while helping patients progress toward functional goals.

You will collaborate with therapists, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Formación

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license and NBCOT certification are required.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required

• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
