Continuum Therapy Partners in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our daytime, full-time team. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, document progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home programs.

The role requires an Associate Degree in OT Assistant, a current COTA license, NBCOT certification, and preferable 1 year of experience.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
