Continuum Therapy Partners in Berryville, VA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Rose Hill Health and Rehab. We value listening to therapists and delivering patient-centered care.

This full-time daytime role requires an OTA degree, state license, NBCOT certification, and preferably 1 year of experience. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on equipment and home programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Under supervision of an Occupational Therapist, implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
