Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Heritage Hall Dillwyn location in Dillwyn, VA. This full-time daytime role includes a $5K sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits as part of a growing national footprint of 285 locations.

The position requires an OTA credential, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of experience preferred. You will work under an OT supervisor to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
