Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support skilled-nursing residents in Monterey, CA. You will implement the treatment plan, help patients practice skills for independence, and document progress for the care team.

This 13-week W-2 contract features day shifts, 38 guaranteed hours per week, and holiday coverage. Experience in skilled nursing and NetHealth/Rehab Optima is required.

Qualifications

• Active California license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in skilled nursing.
• Experience with NetHealth/Rehab Optima knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in practicing skills to improve independence.
• Carry out the occupational therapist's treatment plan and document progress for the care team.

• 38 guaranteed hours per week; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed October 28 start, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Certified occupational therapy assistant with an active California license.
• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Skilled-nursing experience and NetHealth/Rehab Optima knowledge required.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $25.00–$26.70.
