Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Scottsdale, AZ to work under an OT supervisor in skilled nursing rehabilitation. You will help patients with therapeutic activities, use adaptive equipment, and monitor progress.

You will work eight-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with 32 guaranteed hours per week and a total schedule of about 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona OTA license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Fingerprint clearance card is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients under OT supervision in skilled nursing rehabilitation sessions.
• Guide therapeutic activities and introduce adaptive equipment.
• Encourage patients as they rebuild coordination, confidence and independence.

Job description

Total Compensation: $31.50–$33.46/hour*

Help patients turn everyday tasks into meaningful milestones in recovery. Working alongside an occupational therapist in skilled nursing rehabilitation, guide therapeutic activities, introduce adaptive equipment and encourage patients as they rebuild coordination, confidence and independence. You will collaborate with the wider care team, track progress and bring practical ideas and a supportive approach to each session.

Assignment Overview

• Scottsdale, Arizona 85255
• 13-week W-2 contract; 1 opening
• Monday-Friday, eight-hour day shifts; holiday coverage is required.
• 32 guaranteed hours per week; the usual weekday schedule totals 40 hours.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Active Arizona occupational therapy assistant license and current certification.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• BLS certification and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
• Comfort delivering therapy under OT supervision in a skilled nursing setting.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00–$21.96.
