Job summary

Qualifications

Total Compensation: $48.25–$50.35/hour*

Our Client is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a local contract opportunity in Salinas, California. Bring thoughtful clinical judgment to rehabilitation that connects practical recovery, participation and everyday independence. Work with the rehabilitation and care team to help each person make progress toward meaningful goals.

Your contribution

Assess functional abilities and participation in daily activities, establish individualized occupational therapy goals and treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions and adaptive strategies within scope, and reassess progress. Help patients and caregivers develop practical skills for self-care, safety and independence. Coordinate care with the rehabilitation team and document clinical findings and progress accurately.

Support coordinated care that respects each person’s abilities, priorities and dignity. Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients and caregivers, follow professional standards and safety practices, and complete documentation promptly. Clinical work, caseload and team arrangements will be reviewed during hiring.

Assignment and schedule

• Local, on-site contract; no traveler stipend.
• Source shift window is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 30-minute meal period. Final workdays and complete work pattern confirmed before offer.
• The source lists a 35-hour weekly guarantee, subject to attendance and assignment terms. Confirm actual worked and paid hours before offer.
• Source start date is November 30, 2026; the actual start will be confirmed before offer.
• Current source end date is March 8, 2027. Start date and remaining duration confirmed before offer.
