Domnovate is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week W-2 contract in Sheridan, Wyoming. This day-shift assignment offers 36 guaranteed hours per week and is intended to help residents rebuild confidence and independence under the guidance of an occupational therapist.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, help residents practice functional skills, and document progress, contributing to close collaboration with the rehabilitation team.

Qualificações

Total Compensation: $35.26-$37.36/hour*

Help residents rebuild confidence with everyday activities that matter to them. Work under an occupational therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans, practice functional skills and encourage steady progress toward greater independence. This day-shift skilled-nursing assignment is a chance to combine hands-on therapy with meaningful relationships and close collaboration across the rehabilitation team.

Assignment Overview

• Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
• 13-week W-2 contract; 2 openings
• Day shifts; the hourly-equivalent estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• 36 guaranteed hours per week.
• Proposed start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• Current Wyoming occupational therapy assistant authorization and COTA certification.
• At least one year of relevant experience.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $20.00-$22.10.

For eligible travelers, total compensation may include both taxable W-2 wages and separate travel reimbursements under Domnovate Healthcare's travel reimbursement policy.
