Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing network. The ideal candidate will have an accredited OTA program, current COTA license and NBCOT certification, and prefer at least one year of prior experience.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs across our Heritage Manor location in Chisholm, MN.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:
