Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Evergreen Nursing & Rehab in Effingham, Illinois. This full-time daytime role involves implementing treatment plans under supervision, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in OTA, current COTA license with NBCOT, and a preferred 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
