Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners in Minnesota seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our expanding network. You will implement treatment plans under the supervising OT and support patients at Whitewater Health Services in St. Charles.

The requirements include an OTA degree, active Minnesota COTA license, and NBCOT certification; one year of experience is preferred.

This PRN role offers flexibility to support high-quality patient care across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Minnesota COTA license.
• NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of COTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
