Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Watkins, MN. This full-time daytime position supports our therapist-led approach to scale high-quality care across our expanding network.

The role requires an OTA degree, MN license, NBCOT certification, and 1 year of experience. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on equipment and home exercises, under OT supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Active, unencumbered COTA license in Minnesota (state).
• NBCOT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and notifies supervising OT of changes.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs
