Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in Aitkin, MN. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on ADL strategies and home exercise programs in a daytime, full-time role.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, a current COTA license, and NBCOT certification, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
