Concierge Home Care in Orange Park, FL is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a flexible, autonomous in-home role. You will provide 1:1 OT services under a licensed OT and help patients maintain independence.

This position offers a flexible schedule (PRN), no hospital shifts, and potential referral bonuses. You will use AI-assisted charting and an EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to streamline notes and reduce paperwork.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.

Your Role as a Home Health COTA
