Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for flexible scheduling and autonomy. You will provide 1:1 occupational therapy in patients' homes, under the direction of a licensed OT, with territory coverage from Baker County to Orange Park to minimize drive time.
