Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver one-on-one therapy in patients' homes across Winter Garden/West Orange County, FL.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required.
• Active, unencumbered Florida COTA license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with improving activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted EMR tools.

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will provide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Your care will help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities safely.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments according to the plan of care established by the Occupational Therapist
