Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for flexible, autonomous, one-on-one care in patients’ homes in Florida. Coverage area includes East and West Hillsborough County with clustered scheduling to minimize drive time.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Home health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety
• Monitor patient progress and report to supervising OT
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Your Role as a Home Health COTA

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
