Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide OT services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will work with patients in SNFs, assisting with activities to improve functional abilities and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy and related services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Maintain professional conduct representing Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.
• Maintain/assess patient progress per a plan of care.
• Provide supervision of Rehab Techs where required.
