Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You will deliver care to patients in skilled nursing facilities, maintain charted documentation, and participate in care coordination with facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow a plan of care under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under the direction of a licensed OT.
• Maintain professional conduct and meet facility standards.
• Supervise Rehab Techs as required and manage case load.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
