Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy across diverse care communities. You will screen patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and manage discharge planning while supervising assistants and rehab technicians.

You will uphold professional conduct, stay compliant with regulations, and collaborate with a clinical team to advance patient outcomes and program growth.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in line with the principles and Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning; supervision of assistants and rehab technicians; case management.
• Uphold professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and facilities while delivering high-quality care.
• Provide supervision and consultation to COTAs and rehab staff.
• Ensure efficient resource use and alignment with state acts and company policies.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
