Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE accredited school of occupational therapy.
• Maintain valid state license (OT/OTA).
• Excellent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional conduct and comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with therapists and facilities to deliver plan-of-care.
• Document patient progress accurately in charts and records.
• Support infection control and safety protocols within facilities.
