Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our therapy team serving patients in skilled nursing facilities. You will provide occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed OT and help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Valid OTA state license.
• Proficient in clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Maintain professional conduct and high-quality patient care in facilities.
• Coordinate with Rehab Techs and other staff to support patient goals.
• Comply with state and federal regulations governing occupational therapy.
