Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT in skilled nursing facilities. You will support patient plans, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to promote functional skills and safe, effective therapy sessions.

Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program required; valid state OTA license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT and related services under supervision of the licensed OT.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate with facilities and clients.
• Support treatment plans and supervision of Rehab Techs where required.
• Maintain up-to-date state license and adhere to regulations.
